If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our refund and returns policy.

The following terms apply to any product you have purchased from us.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS AND DISCOUNTS:

As a retail business, our prices may change in response to trends, inventory, promotions, and consumer demand. As such, we are unable to refund the difference. There will be no price adjustments for any merchandise. NO EXCEPTIONS. Discounts will not be allowed on SALE items or CUSTOM items. All SALE and CUSTOM pieces are FINAL SALE!

Interpretation and definitions

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you may contact us within 3 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Orders must be returned within 5 days of purchase and items must be in like new condition. (Exchange is only for the same item for a different color, size of the same price), for even exchanges, there will be a $5 shipping charge that must be paid before the exchange is shipped.

Once we have provided you with the return address, please return your items within seven (7) business days. You will be responsible for the shipping fee in sending the items back to us. Items returned after thirty days will not be eligible for exchange or refund. For more detailed information we recommend you read our returns policy.

Gift cards or eGift cards are non-returnable. Promotions, clearances, or sales may have modified terms and conditions. All personalized items or items discounted 50% or more are FINAL SALE.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you'll receive a store credit code for the value of the item. Online store credits do not expire and can only be redeemed online.

Return/Exchange of broken or defective items: You must attach a picture that clearly shows the broken/defective items and describe the problems with your item. Please let us know if you are unable to send a picture and we will be happy to assist you.

If you were sent incorrect merchandise or are missing merchandise (style, color, size, etc.), please notify us within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a refund/replacement. After 3 days we are not responsible for replacing "missing merchandise". Please note that we will pay for return shipping on incorrectly completed orders.

If you need to return an item, we will issue you a return RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number for you to write clearly on the label or outside of the box. We cannot proceed with your request unless the provided RMA number is present and clear on your package and you have provided us with a tracking number via email to info@lujerah.com.

You will be responsible for the shipping fee when sending the items back to us. However, if you decide to proceed with an exchange (exchange is only for the same item for a different color, size of equal price), for even exchanges, there will be a $5 shipping charge that you will need to pay before we ship the exchange.
Once your package has arrived at our facilities, it will take us a few days (in exceptional cases, up to 14 days) to process your request. During this period our staff will check and account for everything you have sent us.

As soon as we receive confirmation from our staff, we will contact you by email to confirm that we have received your return and finalize the process.

Note: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If you return a broken or defective item, only a partial refund may be issued. Please also note that Lujerah gift cards are non-refundable.

Interpretation

Words whose initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.

The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your order cancellation rights

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 7 days from the date on which you received the Goods or on which a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

We will refund you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned Products. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the Order and you will not incur any charges for such refund.

Conditions for returns

For Products to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days.
The products are in the original packaging.
The goods were not used or damaged.
The following Goods cannot be returned:

The supply of Goods manufactured to Your specifications or clearly personalised.
The supply of Goods which by their nature are not suitable for return, deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date has passed.
The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been opened after delivery.
The supply of Goods which, after delivery, according to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returned goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Products to us. You must send the Products to the following address:

We are not responsible for Goods damaged or lost during return shipping. We therefore recommend an insured and traceable mail service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of the return being received.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product for the same one, please contact us. Please note that we only replace Products that you received that are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If Products were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the Products were not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver received the order to deliver to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
